At BookSwiftPros, we strive to provide high-quality bookkeeping and accounting software cleanup services to meet your needs. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, the following refund policy applies:
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances: If the service was not delivered as per the agreed scope. If errors in our work were due to negligence on our part. If the client cancels the service before work begins.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be granted in the following situations: If services have already been delivered as outlined in the agreement. If delays or issues are caused by the client’s failure to provide accurate or timely information. For partial completion of services due to a change in client requirements.
Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion. Provide detailed reasons for your request along with supporting documentation or evidence.
Refund Decision: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund decisions will be communicated within 14 business days of receiving the request. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
